Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

Our goal is for you to be satisfied. Below is our cancellation/return/exchange policy:
1. Cancellation of a Distance Sale Transaction (14 days)
For a distance sale transaction, you can cancel an order within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or the date of receiving the transaction details document — whichever is later.
For a cancellation/return request, please contact customer service in writing: [Support Email] and state [Order Number].
2. Cancellation Fees
In case of cancellation not due to a defect/non-conformity, the company may charge cancellation fees of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 (whichever is lower), in accordance with the law.
If you do not charge cancellation fees — this section can be updated accordingly.
3. Conditions for Return/Exchange
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be:

Free of stains/odors/signs of wear

In its original packaging (as much as possible)
4. Items with Return Restrictions for Hygiene Reasons
For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear/bodysuits/tight-fitting items) may be restricted from return/exchange, unless they were received defective or not as described.

5. Size Exchange — Recommended Solution
In case of a size mismatch, we will be happy to offer a size exchange (subject to availability).

6. Return Shipping Cost
Unless the product is defective/incorrect — return shipping is at the customer's expense.
You can send it via any shipping company. In many cases, Israel Post/registered mail is a simple solution and does not require a "return code".

8. After Receiving the Product
After the product is received and inspected, we will perform one of the following, according to the customer's request and policy:

Issuing a coupon/store credit (if the customer requested it)
9. Shipping Delays
